The location of this hotel so close to a valley ringed by mountains, France and many dining places was marvellous.

The hotel's location in the center was great and incredible, next to the garden, surrounding area, restaurants, ski hire shops, and the shuttle bus for the ski slopes. Thoroughly enjoyed staying in the economic double room on the lower floors. The hotel restaurant offered a sensational and satisfactory breakfast for vegetarians.

The breakfast with delicious coffee was sensational, making it a fantastic way to start the day. The hotel's location is fantastic, just a pleasant stroll away from the Casino. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

We had a fantastic stay at Le Grand Hotel Mont Dore! The location was perfect for our ski trip, with a bus shuttle right in front of the hotel. The building itself was charming and authentic, adding to the overall experience. We loved the small garden at the back where we could relax after a day on the slopes. The on-site parking was convenient and a great perk. The family room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage for our ski gear. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful, definitely worth the extra cost. The staff we encountered were all friendly and greeted us with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel for a quaint and enjoyable experience.
Although the hotel was lovely, there were a few minor drawbacks. the noise from the nearby casino in the early hours of the morning was quite disruptive.
